2026 Fees

In light of heavy defecits in recent years due to increased costs of running the annual conference, we’ve had to revise our fee structure for 2026. Even with the fee increase for attendees we are still projecting at $10,000 defecit for 2026.

While our fees have increased, we have included in them a $100 discount on the hotel rooms per night, while less than previous years, this helps us offset our costs.

However, if these increased fees are a financial barrier for your attendance, please reach out to a Board Member to see if there is someway we can help. All requests are handled confidentially by our Board.

Conversely, if you are able to make a donation to help cover the excess costs, that would be appreciated as a continued defecit is not viable for the long term survival of our gathering.
